  18. 18. 18 Our NA STEM Initiative: Customer Feedback It is an honor to applaud the leadership of [the Firm] working with STEMconnector®. What has been accomplished in less than one year many would say –miraculous and we can say, outstanding. Together we are mission driven about leadership and performance and that takes focus. As we worked together we set several goals as we built the projects, partnerships, produce major reports and build metrics for each. Our team is driven to drive change and we do that together with partners and the essence of that partnership is our work with [the Firm]. Edie Fraser, CEO STEMconnector  When I think of companies who are leading the way on the topic of STEM in the US, I immediately think of [the Firm]. [The Firm] is a thought leader driving research and convening the important players from every sector whether it be corporate, nonprofit, government or education. [The Firm] is also developing and rolling out creative solutions, like its goIT program, demonstrating that corporate involvement can really make a difference when it comes to filling the STEM talent gap. Best of all, [the Firm] dedication to the effort starts at the top with its senior leaders and cascades to include all its employees volunteering and getting involved in communities across the country. [The Firm] is a best in class example of corporate community involvement and leadership and we here at NPower are honored and proud to be partnering with them. Stephanie Cuskley, CEO NPower  The necessary growth of America's STEM workforce is significantly inhibited by the fact that too few underrepresented groups -- in particular lower income children, children of color, and girls -- know STEM professionals, know what they do, or have had the moments of discovery that can inspire unfamiliar career paths. We are excited to partner with [the Firm], a proven leader in STEM education, who continues to innovate with programs like goIT, to help inspire the next generation of technologists and engineers. We are also looking forward to working closely with [the Firm], as a leader in IT, to help US2020 develop our state of the art online volunteer matching platform. Eric Schwarz, Executive Chairman US2020 and CEO, Citizen Schools  
