Amid rising controversies over Google's little or no support to defend its android vendors, Eric Schmidt, the Chairperson of search giant Google Inc., has reiterated that it's serious about defending its android vendors and partners who are operating from various parts of the globe. The company is exploring and taking every necessary step to equip its partners accordingly. As per reports the helping hand offered by Schmidt will be in shape of information sharing, industry expertise, and possibly most importantly, access to Google's patents. Schmidt is delivering the messages while taking a tour to South Korea. While in South Korea, Schmidt has said that Google's upcoming acquisition of Motorola would not make it a favorite amongst its Android partners. Addressing a gathering of various android partners and stake holders he said "We tell our partners, including the ones here in Taiwan, we will support them. For example we have been supporting HTC in its dispute with Apple because we think that the Apple thing is not correct,”
