- Hello, my name is Tara Lynn Gray, and I am the President & CEO of Yadari Enterprises. Welcome to this event. Today, I am going to talk about Bluemaps Location Intelligence Solution for which Yadari is Master Reseller. We use Bluemaps to Analyze and Improve Business Data. Our focus this morning will be on using Bluemaps to improve Healthcare Quality.
- In the next few minutes, I’ll provide a brief introduction to our services then talk about Bluemaps and the need for location awareness. Lastly, we’ll look at how Bluemaps is used to address business problems.
- Yadari is a management consulting and technical services firm working with federal, state, and private customers. We are located in Fairfield, CA. We are a DGS Certified Small Business, CMAS Contract Holder, and GSA Schedule 70 Contract Holder. We work with a wide range of customers in different industries that include, retail, transportation, logistics, healthcare, emergency management, and non-profit organizations and associations.
- At Yadari we have three key practice areas. We focus on delivering Information Technology and Integration Services, Management Consulting, and Community & Economic Development services for our customers.
- Our focus today is on Information Technology, Location Based Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
- Bluemaps is a Location Intelligence platform developed by BlueNET to enable the use of Google Maps in business decision processes. Bluemaps, developed by BlueNet Technologies leverages your existing business software or business intelligence systems. It integrates with the IT systems you already own and extends your data systems capabilities by making them “location aware” systems. No two businesses are the same, so Bluemaps was designed to be easy to implement and highly customizable for your individual requirements.
- Many organizations have Business Intelligence tools or ERP systems to collect and manage their data. BI tools have long been the technological answer to the problem of “managing large amounts of data”. They provide easy to use tools that can be utilized by power users or implemented for the use of decision makers.
- With large amounts of data it is often difficult to picture it or put it into meaningful context. Often the “Where” question is of key importance in business but hard to answer. For businesses that operate over many locations and are affected by the local parameters in any given area, answering the “where” question is critical to understanding how environmental factors or location based issues impact performance. Answering the where question also adds depth to forecasting and analysis functions. Bluemaps tells management where to focus to improve performance.
- Once we know where – we can visualize our data to add context and create intuitive interfaces.
- In a Healthcare setting, there are huge amounts of very low grained data through their varied IT systems in semi-autonomous areas of business. Collecting and displaying that data in a meaningful way to improve patient care has been the focus of electronic medical records and patient systems but that data is generally not directly correlated with any substantive business decision which is where Bluemaps adds value.
