  2. 2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I am grateful to all those who helped me in this survey. I am particularly thankful to Mr. Chandranand, Mr. Balanand and Mr. Dassan Sada whose dedicated work helped me in the findings of all these valuable information during the month of May-June in really so hot weather. These people also ignored some threats given by the village headman and his people. Without fearing these, they encouraged me to complete my survey. Without the help of these people I would really not be able to reach all these people.

Whether state or central government facilities are provided on ground level or only paper work is done.  Individual or NGO should take initiative to improve the conditions of the locality.
