Merchant Billing Cycle ACH Withdrawal • Provider shall withdrawal funds on a daily basis according to the following schedule: • Monday – Thursday: Next business day • Friday: Funds collected Monday • Saturday – Sunday: Funds collected Tuesday (along with Monday’s transactions) • Transaction made from 9AM EST to 9PM EST, the next calendar day are a deposit day NSF’s • Provider shall charge a fee for every occurrence of insufficient funds • Provider may charge a reactivation and/or reinstallation fee Commissions • Commissions and fees are reconciled monthly and credited to the merchant’s designated bank account electronically on the 15th day following the close of the month • For example, commissions earned in May will be credited to your account on June 15 th • Any fees owed by the merchant will be deducted from the total commission due. The application will be reviewed by underwriting with a credit history check and address verification 3. Applications are generally approved within 4 business days 4.
