  3. 3. A HEALTHY BODY  To maintain a steady healthy body, you need lots of energy , food and sleep to be a healthy person . If you don’t eat well you will put-on weight and won’t be a healthy person however if you eat well you will keep a balanced diet . The right way for losing weight is to excersize once and a while to get fit. A sensible answer to losing weight is to make changes to your self and to eat well and have exercise habits. These changes will change your life enourmasl . All these things you should be able to do by your self with out anybodies help.
  4. 4. EXERCISE!!! You want to get lots of Exercise to keep a healthy body. Also you want to exercise regularly so you don’t get all slack with your ruiteen that you have to keep a healthy body with so you could go from fat to skinny really quickly a couple of example may be the biggest loser were you have trainers to help you get to that stage were your body turns in to something different its like your whole body has made changes because they have put that little bit more effort and courage .
