  2. 2. Where is Lebanon located <ul><li>Lebanon is located in south west Asia. Exactly in the Middle East, bordering the Mediterranean Sea, between Israel and Syria </li></ul>

Geographic Features of Lebanon <ul><li>Natural resources: limestone, iron ore, salt, water-surplus state in a water-deficit region, arable land. </li></ul><ul><li>Rivers: </li></ul><ul><li>Nahr el Litani is the only major river in Lebanon. </li></ul><ul><li>Physical Features: Lebanon Mountains (3,087 m), Litani river, El Beqaa plateau </li></ul>
  4. 4. Climate of Lebanon (specifically Beirut) <ul><li>Climate: Mediterranean; mild to cool, wet winters with hot, dry summers; Lebanon mountains experience heavy winter snows </li></ul>

Environment of (your country) <ul><li>What survives is a wild Mediterranean vegetation of brush and low trees, mostly oaks, pines, cypresses and firs. </li></ul><ul><li>bears are occasionally seen in the mountains. Among the smaller animals, deer, wildcats, hedgehogs, squirrels, martens, dormice, and hares are found. </li></ul>

  11. 11. Physical, social, political, economy <ul><li>Lebanon has many sites to see which makes tourist enjoy their time there. </li></ul><ul><li>It has many high mountains and beaches. It also has hot weather and a Mediterranean climate. </li></ul><ul><li>Lebanon's government is a Republic. And they have a constitution which makes them more organized. </li></ul>
