This helps in day-to-day decision making. Best performing products For any business, it is important to identify best selling products to maximize profit by playing on volume sales. Hence, top 5 products as per volume and sales value are available in a report. Worst performing products Similarly, it is important to give way with the non moving products, which increase the inventory cost and do not contribute to profitability. Hence, top 3 non-moving items are available in a report. Customer relationship It is important for a business to know their valuable customers. management Hence, the solution provides the list of top 5 customers sales wise and top 3 customers outstanding receivables wise. In case of more than one operator, one can grant access rights as per what entries can be made by one operator. Open access to all reports is not accepted. Hence, as per the voucher type, security rights can be assigned to users. Group / Ledger security Everyone can not have access to all ledgers. Hence, security at ledger level is provided. As per the type of user, rights to which ledgers can be selected for voucher entry are given. Godown / Location security As per the type of user, rights to which godowns / locations can be selected for voucher entry are given. Dash board security Only the head of the organization should have the access to the dashboard as it reflects current updates on company financials. Hence, the access right to dash board is provided. Advanced voucher number With a large number of voucher generation, advanced voucher control number control is required to avoid manual numbering.
