  • i have an order from biteclub Gurgaon..Horrible service ordered at 10.15 AM and order still not received its 1.40 PM....#KHAANA KAB AAYEGA??? from past 2 days this is happening..is that your super charge delivery..and the worst part they give wrong numbers of the delivery boy..!

  • Few Days ago i have placed an order from Biteclub..around 8 pm..for family..ithen i recieved confirmation. more then hour when i didn't recieved my order then i called to biteclub, he told me that withen 15 min you will recive your order..then i said ok..after 30 min i recived my order, but when i opend to my order then i seen this is not my order, this is wrong order mujhe gussa aane lga family main bacche bhut hungry the..or unki favrate dish unhe nahi mili..then i again call to biteclub and said this is not my order ye wrong order hai..then he told me that ki ab aap isi order se kaam chalo..becuz we dont have time..and don't call me again..mujhe bhut gussa aaya maine kaha main tumhari complaint tumhare manager se karunga..then he said haan karke dekh lo..but time waste mat karo mera.and disconnect the call..i wanna file a complaint against biteclub..he humilate me, harass me, insult me..

  • Bite club Worst service ever: I would suggest everyone to never ever order from this horrible service provider. I had to make 4 calls and wait for 1 hour 40 mins to know that they cannot process my order. I had to wait for 100 mins in anticipation of some resolution, just to be told that the restaurant cannot help me out with my order. Pathetic service staff as I was told to expect a call back in 5 mins and had to wait for an hour for them to call back. Just when I expressed my displeasure at such a dismal service, However there was no mention of their service failure or any explanation for such a service. If you do not wish to go hungry, please stay away from Biteclub
