  17. 17. BANREGIO SYNC is a bank account oriented to the millennial audience. This product was born to compete with the evolution of banking around the world, creating a competitive tool and mean to communicate with this emerging market of customers. The challenge was to create a intuitive and user-friendly platform, revolutionizing the traditional mobile bank. Being a millennial user-centered App, we needed to capture their attention and mend the broken relationship between millennials and the bank institution BANKING

Through the “Cloud Innovation Methodology”, we were able to identify the key points to create a fresh and usable interface; translating the typical bank interactions to a friendly communication between our client and their customers. Our design team create the concept and guidelines which were the foundation of the product branding. Security and regulations were the main issue in the project. Every idea to simplify the process of opening a bank account was carefully aligned to the laws and regulations of banking at a national and international level. For security, we had the task to create a safe environment with authentications methods like SMS confirmation and official ID. BANKING
  19. 19. As a result, users can create a bank account by simply signing in with their mobile number. Services like “stock investment” and “savings” were introduce through the mobile App to users between the age of 18 to 27 years old, expanding BanRegio’s customer to a new range of potential users and clients.
