The aim of the “Master’s Degree Program in Intercultural Psychology and Education” is to train  experts who can understand the characteristics of intercultural relationships and communication  experts who are able to co-ordinate the work of people of different cultures effectively in various fields of private, public or civil organizations, both at national and international level Master’s Degree Program in Intercultural Psychology and Education Purposes of the program

Students will be trained  to manage inevitable tensions and conflicts emerging in the process of co- operation  to use diversity as a resource for the benefit of the whole society  to create a tolerant social environment in which everyone enjoys equal rights and opportunities to develop their own abilities  to support the integration of minorities – particularly that of Romas, migrants and refugees.  to help the training and the mobility of people on the international labor market  to promote equality of opportunities for members of disadvantaged groups, who suffer from prejudices, and explicit or implicit discrimination.
