  2. 2. HOW DO I RECEIVE ORDERS FROM THE APP?  The orders are saved on tablet and then synced back to the Syncteam cloud server when Internet connection is available.  They could be further exported into a CSV or XML file, or synced to accounting system via Syncteam API. Syncteam API Your System
  3. 3. I NEED MY CUSTOMERS TO ESTABLISH THEIR SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR THEIR ORDERS, IS THAT POSSIBLE?  Of course, delivery and billing addresses are configured at profile level, and could be always amended on order entry.
  4. 4. SOME OF MY PRODUCTS ARE BESPOKEN, CAN I ADD SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS WHEN PLACING A CLIENT’S ORDER?  Yes, it is possible to add notes and even adjust the price of individual items on the order form.
  5. 5. I HAVE NEW SALES FORCE WITH LIMITED PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, HOW CAN WE USE THE APP TO PROMPT SPECIFIC PRODUCTS?  It’s easy to switch between several profiles for a single log-on.  You can create profiles with product ranges specific for a customer or sales person.
  6. 6. WE USE DIFFERENT PRICING AND TAX STRUCTURES FOR DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS, HOW DOES SYNCTEAM HANDLE THIS?  These settings are per profile. You will need to create customer profiles for different situations such as individual discounts, currencies or country-specific taxes like GST or VAT.
  7. 7. MY CUSTOMER JUST WANTS SOME PRODUCT INFORMATION SENT TO THEM, HOW DO I DO THAT?  Just select one or more products and send them to their e- mail, along with pictures and attached files.
