                     Deploying your resources

                     You should now consider the individual events in your festival programme in terms of
                     how the resources you have identified are deployed across the various events you are
                     running.

                      Draw up a festival timetable showing when and where each event will be staged.




                      Make a list of resources needed for each event and crosscheck this list with your event
                       timetable to ensure all resources are available at the times they are needed.

                      Divide into pairs or small groups and produce a detailed plan for the setting up and
                       running of a single event from your festival programme.

                                                               The ‘general programming’ team is in charge of planning the
                                                               festival and what we done is used a map of the venue to locate
                                                               and discuss what activity should take place in what room. Here is
                                                               a diagram of the planning process of the festival.
