I graduated from the Business School of United International University. Started my work as an Intern in Viyellatex Group Corporate HR and soon took the challenge to lead the Training & Development department. My key achievement in Viyellatex was to implement the Balanced Scorecard as a part of the team. Later I joined in Rangs Group as Asst. Manager, HR where I work as a recruiter and performance management professional.
