  6. 6. Color • The color we see comes from light. • When every color of the spectrum is present, the light appears white. • The absence of all color appears as the color black. • Colors can stimulate or repress the nervous system, calm or excite emotion, and may even make people hungry.

You need acceptance and acknowledgment for the everyday things you do for others - just a 'thank you' is sufficient.
