Steps to be taken to promote Hormony <ul><li>Strongly secular workplaces where religion and culture dominates. </li></ul><ul><li>Clear communication on the both sides about sensitive issues may help to Solve the Problems; </li></ul><ul><li>Organization should keep a Check on perceptual, Cultural and language barriers related to diversity and see that they don’t give way to confusion and low team spirit; </li></ul><ul><li>Respond to what is being said, not how it is said; </li></ul><ul><li>It is important for managers and supervisors to gain expertise in cross-culture; </li></ul>

Discriminated against Disabilities <ul><li>People with disabilities are like anyone else, except that they have the additional challenge of their disability. </li></ul><ul><li>Most disabled people are not sick, incompetent, dependent, unintelligent or contagious. </li></ul><ul><li>People with disabilities are not alike. They are individuals with a wide variety of personalities and skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Do not show pity for someone’s disability. It may make the person feel demoralized. </li></ul><ul><li>Be courteous, but not condescending. Treat people as you would like to be treated yourself. </li></ul>

Anti-Discrimination in the workplace <ul><li>Assigning meaningless tasks unrelated to the job; </li></ul><ul><li>Giving employees impossible jobs; </li></ul><ul><li>Deliberately changed work rosters to inconvenience particular employees; </li></ul><ul><li>Undermining work performance by deliberately withholding information; </li></ul><ul><li>Reducing the other person's opportunities to express opinions; </li></ul>
