SWING PDF Converter is a software tool used to export Lotus Notes emails and documents into PDF files for archiving, sharing and web printing.

1. How-To: Export emails to a PDF package
Step 1. Select the emails that will be exported and hit the PDF Converter toolbar icon

2. How-To: Export emails to a PDF package
Step 2. Select Single PDF package and hit Create PDF to start your export.

3. How-To: Export emails to a PDF package
Step 3. Once the export is complete, hit the provided PDF icon in order to open
the created PDF package. Alternatively, use the other provided actions
in order to save the file, send by e-mail or copy to clipboard.

The above image shows the created PDF package with 5 PDF files which you can view, search and
sort by columns. Email attachments can be opened by double-clicking on attachment icons.
Tip: PDF packages can also be created from other types of (non-email) documents in the same way.
