  3. 3. Buoyancy <ul><li>Buoyancy is an upward acting force exerted by a fluid, that opposes an object’s weight </li></ul><ul><li>Again ,BUO also means ‘buoyancy’ which means , the tendency of a fluid to uplift the body when it is submerged . </li></ul>
  4. 4. Engine of BUO vehicle <ul><li>The engine used here will be a gas jet turbine engine . </li></ul><ul><li>They have three parts: </li></ul><ul><li>1. Compressor </li></ul><ul><li>2. Combustion area </li></ul><ul><li>3.Turbine </li></ul>
  5. 5. Advantages of Jet Engines <ul><li>Gas turbine engines have a great power-to-weight ratio compared to reciprocating engine </li></ul><ul><li>Gas turbine engines are smaller than their reciprocating counterparts of the same power. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Disadvantages of jet engine <ul><li>They are expensive </li></ul><ul><li>Designing and manufacturing gas turbines is a tough problem </li></ul><ul><li>Tend to use more fuel when they are idling, and they prefer a constant rather than a fluctuating load. </li></ul>

The future applications : <ul><li>In future it can be used as a part of a defense warheads . </li></ul><ul><li>Because of its stability it has got a perfect bomb dropping condition of perfect aim position. </li></ul><ul><li>It can carry the air to air missile , water to air missile , depth chargers and nuclear missiles . </li></ul>
