Tank Members : The job assigned to every team members was so Perfect that everyone very interestingly performed it.

Leadership : <ul><li>Creating a Vision and Strategy </li></ul><ul><li>Creating culture </li></ul><ul><li>Motivating team members </li></ul><ul><li>Delegation of Jobs as per Vision </li></ul>Gill – The scarred fish Excellent Leader, with focused vision, good planning and analysis skills and well delegated the work Tank Members : The job assigned to every team members was so Perfect that everyone very interestingly performed it. They also worked as situational leaders.

Team Work : <ul><li>Supports and focus on the mission and goals of team </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrates Empathy, Trust and Sensitivity </li></ul><ul><li>Motivating team members </li></ul><ul><li>Consult and co-operate other team member </li></ul>Tank Members : Effective Communication, Trust in each other and Achievement Oriented Team. Dori and Marlin : Brilliant example of small team, focus on long term goals and so accomplish targets effectively. Consult each other and plans their moves.

Communication : <ul><li>Communicating information </li></ul><ul><li>Expressing ideas and thoughts to team </li></ul><ul><li>Persuasive Communication </li></ul><ul><li>Influencing </li></ul>Nigel: Effectively Communicated the information of Marlin’s efforts to Nemo Effective communication in oceanic creators. Dori and Marlin : Dori was poor communicator , but Expressive and creative, so Marlin influenced to follow her.

Departmentation : <ul><li>Decentralisation facilitated </li></ul><ul><li>Job clarity </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitates intra-departmental co-ordination </li></ul><ul><li>Better control </li></ul>Jacque : crab; compulsive cleaner , he took responsibility of that cleaning activity and executed well. Nigel: Worked as communicator and the team depends on him for external information. Peach : a star fish , is outlook, who updates team on daily activity
  7. 10. Conclusion : Thus , with proper planning, analytical skills , Effective communication, team work it was proved by small NEMO and his Father that all humongous difficulties can be achieved effectively.

  9. 15. Motivation Factors with Team Work: When Nemo was trapped by scuba divers, his father took a task to find Nemo. He was Self Motivated and focused character. With all his achievement orientation Skill he achieved the task. Tank Members : All are highly motivated. Work with instructions of GILL. The team leader, motivates the member and gets the work done. That motivation gives them the sense of togetherness and shows them direction to Success.
  10. 16. Leadership : Dori and Marlin, on their way to search nemo, takes charge as Situational Leaders. Dori, is creative thinker, has a capability to think out of the box and so can achieve objectives effectively. Marlin, take calculated risk, ready to face tough situations. Has aggression to achieve the task successfully. Good learners. Prominent feature of leader. Tank Members : Gill is the Leader. Visionary and focused.
  11. 17. Communication : Seagulls, best source of information to in-house tank members. Oceanic Communication spread from mouth-to-mouth, and message is convey to Nemo, that his dad is fighting against all oceanic difficulties to meet him. Best example of effective communication. Star fish , in tank , keep track of dentist and updates the team members. Thus communication is very important and crucial in achieving success.
