We have discussed your conduct before and although these behaviors are alleged, given the nature of the allegations, I believe you should be placed on adniinistrative leave with pay while I conduct a fair investigation. This action is taken pursuant to the University Handbook, Section VII Adminisnative and Professional Faculty Personnel Regulations. Therefore, you are being placed on administrative leave with pay effective Friday, March 26, 2010, pending the completion of my administrative review of allegations regarding your conduct. My investigation includes the full opportunity for you to meet with me to provide your responses to the alleged behaviors. However, you are not to have any contact with any of the lacrosse players, coaches or athletics staff nor should you be on any properties owned or operated by Christopher Newport University during this investigative process.
