Panaskan kuali, Masukan minyak masak, bawang putih, bawang merah, daun pandan, bunga lawang, buah pelaga, kulit kayu manis, kacau hingga naik. 2. Sementara itu, bancuh serbuk rempah ratus dengan air, masukan kedalam kuali, kacau hingga pecah minyak. 3. Masukan kambing kacau hingga separuh masak, kemudian masukkan air, kacau hingga mendidih dan biar renih. 4. Masukkan Lemon Sunquick dan Oren Sunquick kacau hingga rata, 5. Kemudian masukan sos cili, tomato serta garam secukup rasa. 6. Akhir sekali masukan sedikit air limau nipis,

EPISODE 7 CHEF SABRI HASSAN 2ND COOKING NASI MANDI SUNQUICK LEMON,SUNQUICK MANDARIN 1cawan Beras Basmathi Panjang – Di rendam selama 10 minit kemudian Toskan 1 ½ cawan Air 2 ulas Bawang putih 2 ulas Bawang merah – di hiris 1 helai Daun Pandan – di ikat 3 biji Buah Pelaga 3 ktm Bunga Lawang ½ biji Buah Lemon – di hiris nipis 1 sdk Perasa Lemon Sunquick ¼ cawan Minyak Jagung 1sdk Serbuk Jintan Manis 1sdk Serbuk Jintan Putih 1sdk Serbuk ketumbar Sedikit serbuk kunyit 1sdk Serbuk Parasa Ayam 2 sdk Garam secukup rasa. Cara: 1. Panaskan periuk, masukan minyak masaka, bawang puth, bawang merah, buah pelaga,bunga lawang, buah lemon kacau hingga naik bau. 2. Kemudian masukkan serbuk rempah ratus, kacau hingga rata, kemudian masukan air. Kacau hingga mendidih. 3. Kemudian masukan beras, tanak hingga nasi kering.

EPISODE 7 CHEF KIM LUND DRINK RECIPE SUNQUICK BLACKCURRANT SMOOTHIES ½ BANANA ½ PEACH 20ml SUNQUICK BLACKCURRANT 150ml ICE CUBES MINT LEAVES (for decoration) STRAW (for decoration) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. EPISODE 7 CELEBRITY ARTISTE SHIMA ANUAR DRINK RECIPE PINK GUAVA AND STRAWBERRY ICE TEA 200ml BLACK TEA 1TBSP SUGAR 20ml SUNQUICK PINK GUAVA & STRAWBERRY ICE CUBES 5-10 STRAWBERIES 1 LIME (SLICED) Brew the tea and add sugar. Set aside to cool down. Pour into ice filled glasses. Add Sunquick Pink Guava & Strawberries. Stir and serve with straws,lime slices and strawberries.
