ANALYSIS Service Class Customers going for Diesel Vehicle drive are quite less in comparison with Petrol Vehicle Petrol cars majorly sold are Alto, Wagon R and I10 which are in price range to Rs. 4 -5 Lacs Petrol Car is mostly driven by the owner itself and in personnel use not in commercial use.
  16. 16. CONCLUSION Customers consider Brand Value as the most important parameter while deciding for a vehicle Customer buying a Diesel vehicle is not much bothered about the price of the vehicle Customer buying Petrol vehicle is not much bothered about the mileage of the vehicle
