  • So tell me an employer that wouldn’t appreciate having a person with a sense of humor on their team vs. the doom and gloom guy that is so down he won’t be happy until everyone is where they are… in the dumps!

  • It’s really the employees that create a fun workplace. It’s a managers job to appreciate and facilitate fun activities and to not get in the way of them.
  • An organization’s work environment is both tangible and intangible. It has its physical structure the boards and mortar but it also has spirit and heart, is yours in the right place…..
