    3. 3. 1 – Auto-populate Custom Fields during Lead Conversion • Issue – Custom field was created in the leads module; it should auto-populate the contact record after lead conversion • Resolution – Create identical fields in each module • Admin Tool Used: Studio – Custom fields
    4. 4. 2 – Display a Message for Users • Issue – Sales reps should see a message display for “management approval requires a 2-day lead time” if they check a “Review Needed” checkbox • Resolution – Create a HTML field dependent on the “Review Needed” checkbox being checked • Developer Tool Used: Studio
    5. 5. 3– Remove Field Viewing Rights for Specific Users • Issue – Sales Ops should be the only users to view an “Approval Notes” field entered by managers • Resolution – Create a role to restrict viewing rights to this field for “sales rep” users • Admin Tool Used: Roles – Field level permissions
