Advanced Glazings is a manufacturer of a unique glass material used in green buildings as a means of superior thermal insulation and daylighting. Our business model is unique in that, our sales organization sells to an audience that does not buy our product. To further complicate our sales model, our traditional sales cycle can span as long as 5 years.
This presentation focuses how we reviewed our CRM options, settled on SugarCRM and customized the system to develop one of the most dynamic sales & marketing methodologies in our industry. It also focuses on the pitfalls and challenges that we encountered in setting up and implementing a CRM.
