vigor, to complete this report.
“Life is a learning experience”. I have learned the validity of this
statement time and time again. Every time I think I know something, I look
back a year later and realize how little I know and how much I have learned.
This Research report has convinced me again, not in the learning but also in
terms of the vast team of talented people that take part in creating this report. I
believe each person plays a piece of a puzzle to make the complete picture,
some pieces are bigger then others, but without anyone piece the picture would
not be completed.
I feel great pleasure and honor to express our gratitude from the citadel of
our hearts to the people whom I met, for their cooperation. Their sympathetic
behavior has an ever-lasting impression on the pages of our memory.

Research Report on “Challenges of Female Entrepreneurship”

Now-a-days, I have to identify and evaluate the challenges of female
entreprepreneurship by using systematic approach in Bahawalpur.

As I know that, female entrepreneurship is the basic nesseccity for our country
development. It has a significient impact on organizations and economic
activity.

So, basic thing is that to select that females whose purpose is to provide servises
to the customers in a good way. Females that having most values in the
societies. If these females are provided the servises in a good and successful
way to the customers in the market or organizations , then customers can meet
there demands of services and they can spent life easily.

But in current situations, there are many females whose purpose is to earn
money for family due to poverty. They are not focusing to build their status for
to make better economy. If I talk about the Government sectors, even today in
these sectors female give the low quality of services like in teaching etc. Some
females do not run their own business due to lack incentive and promotion
activities by the government. The females in that kind of sectors are working
only for to get pay at the end of the month. On the other hand there is less
awareness and policies to our government and Educational Institutions agencies are
doing little to promote entrepreneurship amongst women particularly.

Some females can not run their own business due to the financial problems.
That is all due to dynamic environmental and also the recession of our
economy. Due to less technology and culture factor is also influence on the
female to start a new business.

If government successfully run the opportunities and make policies better then
the challenges of female entrepreneurs and also financial obstacles/problems
can be eliminated.

                           Objective Of Research

After the problem has been defined carefully, the next step is to set
objectives. Research objectives guide entire research process. This
research will help you in a great deal to:

      1. Create understanding about the challenges of the Female
          Entrepreneurship.

      2. Reasons that female hoarding their own business.

      3. Assess the extent to which steps and policies about female
entrepreneurship may need to be redesigned.

While developing an approach to the problem I identified the theoretical
framework. Theoretical framework is the foundation on which the entire
research project is based. It is a logically develop describe and elaborated
network of association among the variables deemed relevant to the problem and
which have been identified through such processes and interview, observation
and literature survey.

This research is conduct in a individual that was interested in challenges female
entrepreneurship within Bahawalpur city.I start the each day with a brief (3-4
hour survey) on an agreed upon site, often just gathering data. I have attend
these 6 mornings a week for 7 weeks, and will stay on to observe
simultaneously work for approximately 28 hours during the seven weeks period.
My primary focus was on the interaction in data gathering.

There are several banks, school ,colleges, university and many other
institutions where females give services for the customers in Bahawalpur. I
have visited the 10 banks 20 schools and colleges ,10 fast food restaurant and
other institutions. Two fast restaurant are located circular road BWP. 5 fast
food are located in the area of railway campus in Bahawalpur. 7 banks are
located on circular road Bahawalpur. 3 schools are located in yazman area and
also in commercial area.
For the data collection a questionnaire are designed which consist 13 questions.
40 forms are filled and collected by these selected areas.

After taking a direct interview for filling this questionnaire from the respondent
who are working in the different organizations, a data is inserted in SPSS
software for getting the result.

                              Conclusion
So we conclude that:

 Government not gives the opportunity to the females.
 Financial and combining family is the big problem for the females that’s
why they can’t start their own business.

Research Report on “Challenges of Female Entrepreneurship”

     Culture is not sufficient
 Family not support and to he lp i n start the new business for women’s.
 In Asian countries the female just only do jobs for supporting the family.
 The females can’t manage the labor issues and other organization issues
due to this females do not start their own business
 The policies of government about the female doing little to
promote entrepreneurship amongst women particularly are not
         sufficient.

.

              Suggestion About Challenges of female
                        Entrepreneurship
In my point of view, challenges of female entrepreneurship are due to the
shortage of financial resources. Government is responsible of this obstacle for
the women’s. Our culture is totally changed from the foreign countries and
government policies are improper and government not take the steps to promote
them .

Department of Commerce Islamia University of Bahawalpur 32
Research Report on “Challenges of Female Entrepreneurship”

In the Pakistan the women’s just only do jobs for support the family. Women’s
do the Vail and avoid to face these big challenges. Females are working mostly
working in the service sectors such as in Daewoo as a hostess and nurses.
The female entrepreneurship can be increased due to the effort of government.
The govt. should take following action about these challenges of female
entrepreneurship and renew their policies:
        • Control the exist women business
        • Facilitate to females i.e. provide finance at too much low interest
        • Give more opportunities to the female
        • Introduce new methods to improve our female business
        • Provide education to the female and encourage them
        • Introduce new policies and strictly Implement on them

It is so difficult that each female do work in the market and run the business , in
our Asian countries females after marriage become the housewife that’s why
this trend can’t be changed easily ,our culture not permit to the females to run
their own business.

Finally, the reason may be but female must be do work hard , face social issues
and do business with sincere.

  • 9. Research Report on “Challenges of Female Entrepreneurship” Now-a-days, I have to identify and evaluate the challenges of female entreprepreneurship by using systematic approach in Bahawalpur. As I know that, female entrepreneurship is the basic nesseccity for our country development. It has a significient impact on organizations and economic activity. So, basic thing is that to select that females whose purpose is to provide servises to the customers in a good way. Females that having most values in the societies. If these females are provided the servises in a good and successful way to the customers in the market or organizations , then customers can meet there demands of services and they can spent life easily. But in current situations, there are many females whose purpose is to earn money for family due to poverty. They are not focusing to build their status for to make better economy. If I talk about the Government sectors, even today in these sectors female give the low quality of services like in teaching etc. Some females do not run their own business due to lack incentive and promotion activities by the government. The females in that kind of sectors are working only for to get pay at the end of the month. On the other hand there is less awareness and policies to our government and Educational Institutions agencies are doing little to promote entrepreneurship amongst women particularly. Some females can not run their own business due to the financial problems. That is all due to dynamic environmental and also the recession of our economy. Due to less technology and culture factor is also influence on the female to start a new business. Department of Commerce Islamia University of Bahawalpur 9

  • 32. Research Report on “Challenges of Female Entrepreneurship”  Culture is not sufficient  Family not support and to he lp i n start the new business for women’s.  In Asian countries the female just only do jobs for supporting the family.  The females can’t manage the labor issues and other organization issues due to this females do not start their own business  The policies of government about the female doing little to promote entrepreneurship amongst women particularly are not sufficient. . Suggestion About Challenges of female Entrepreneurship In my point of view, challenges of female entrepreneurship are due to the shortage of financial resources. Government is responsible of this obstacle for the women’s. Our culture is totally changed from the foreign countries and government policies are improper and government not take the steps to promote them . Department of Commerce Islamia University of Bahawalpur 32
  • 33. Research Report on “Challenges of Female Entrepreneurship” In the Pakistan the women’s just only do jobs for support the family. Women’s do the Vail and avoid to face these big challenges. Females are working mostly working in the service sectors such as in Daewoo as a hostess and nurses. The female entrepreneurship can be increased due to the effort of government. The govt. should take following action about these challenges of female entrepreneurship and renew their policies: • Control the exist women business • Facilitate to females i.e. provide finance at too much low interest • Give more opportunities to the female • Introduce new methods to improve our female business • Provide education to the female and encourage them • Introduce new policies and strictly Implement on them It is so difficult that each female do work in the market and run the business , in our Asian countries females after marriage become the housewife that’s why this trend can’t be changed easily ,our culture not permit to the females to run their own business. Finally, the reason may be but female must be do work hard , face social issues and do business with sincere. Limitations  This research is conducted only for academic purpose.  Data used for analysis is collected from Bahawalpur City of Pakistan.
