  17. 17.  Definition  What is a Bhakti vriksha, Nama Hatta, Gita Program or Sraddha Kutir?  What Is it for?  How many devotees are needed?  What facilities are needed?  What is the purpose?  How does it work?
  18. 18.  Receive information material about the workings and requirements of each program.  Take assistance (from CDM) on the application of congregational development programs.  Receive training from more experienced devotees in Outreach, Training & Care programs.
  19. 19.  Create a team (for evaluation, planning and action)  Define a common goal for the Yatra / Center / Group  Decide on a plan of action (duration, functions, dynamics, responsibilities and objectives)
  20. 20.  With your group, list the common goals for the Yatra (Note: there is not an "incorrect” or unrealistic suggestion according to the desire of Srila Prabhupada and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu).  Recruit volunteers to create a working group.  Decide a date for the next meeting.

  22. 22. The Congregational Development Ministry is part of the GBC Outreach Committee. It has the responsibility to evaluate, develop and promote preaching programs in ISKCON. Regularly presents various courses on Congregational Preaching and training around the world.
