All the features and tools you need to launch a powerful social promotion are included here. 5 EASY STEPS You'll find the 5 main steps listed in the left column of the Sweepstakes Builder. Work your way through the steps and you’ll have a well-branded and full-featured site up before you know it! A * Indicates a mandatory field. Designer Indicates a designer package feature. The features available under the Enterprise tab are only available if you upgrade to the enterprise package.   3. 3. 3 Facebook Page App Launch an app directly on your Facebook Page. this the most popular Facebook option as it is most tightly integrated with your page. Page tabs are 810 pixels wide. Review app flow and features. Note: Facebook Tab Apps are currently not accessible via mobile device. Facebook Canvas App Launch a full canvas app on Facebook. This option is best if you wish to allow users to access your promotion on a mobile device, however, it is one click removed from your page. Canvas pages are 760 pixels wide. Review app flow and features. Standalone Microsite Launch a free-standing branded site. This option is perfect if you’re looking to design a unique user experience, set a custom URL (PRO package feature) and allow users to access your promotion on a mobile device. 760 pixels wide. Review app flow and features. Website Embed (IFrame) With this option you can embed your promotion directly within a page of your website as an HTML iframe.   5. 5. 5 Basic Option This basic design option allows you to upload assets and select colors to match your branding. Tip If you have limited design skills, we recommend using Creative Kit in Google+ for photo editing and Adobe’s Kuler for color palate inspiration.   6. 6. 6 Advanced Option Access full CSS Style Kit Designer & Enterprise Package This advanced Option allows those with advanced design skills or web design resources to get creative with the site's design using CSS. If you want a custom design site but don't have a web designer on your team, we can help. Contact us for more info on custom services. CSS Style Kit The Style Kit allows anyone with CSS skills to customize the look & feel of a Strutta promotion to a high degree. When you click Download the Style Kit below, a zip file will be generated that contains all of the resources you or your designer will need to implement a custom design.   7. 7. 7 Sharing Incentive Reward your entrants for sharing your promotion with their friends. Learn more. Entry Process > Timeline What is your promotion timeline, and how will winners be selected? Timezone, Dates & Entry Limitations Enter your timezone and start and end dates. Then enter how many entries you want to allow per hour, day, week or for the duration of the sweepstakes.   8. 8. 8 Entry Process > Regions What are the requirements for entry? Regional Restrictions Allow submissions from specific countries or from any location worldwide. We track entrant location by IP address. SWEEPSTAKES BUILDER GUIDE
  9. 9. 9 Entry Form Build your entry form dynamically! Add a new question or divider and drag and drop the order. Choose to include common questions or create your own checkbox, multiple choice, dropdown or text-based questions. When your promotion is live you’ll be able to download all data in a CSV format from your Strutta Dashboard. Custom Rules You must include rules for your promotion. You are responsible for ensuring you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you need custom legal services, please contact us. Default disclaimer and Privacy Policy URL Strutta’s default disclaimer and privacy policy are configured by default. "This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Strutta and not to Facebook.   12. 12. 12 Content > Thank You What would you like to say to your participants after successfully submitting an entry? Thank You Page Once a user enters you Sweepstakes they are prompted to share and then directed to a ‘Thank You’ Landing Page. Change the default message that appears on the ‘Thank You’ page.   13. 13. 13 Details > Sharing Customize your Share Messages. Share Messages Your visitors might want want to let their friends know about your promotion via their Twitter, Facebook and Email accounts. Change the messages that appear when they click share. Learn More. SWEEPSTAKES BUILDER GUIDE
  14. 14. 14 Content > Language Translate your promotion. Translation Tool Select the language you want your promotion translated to from the list. This tool will translate all user interface elements and system messages to the language of your choice. Translations are applied immediately. Learn more.   15. 15. 15 Integration > Domain How should your promotion integrate with Facebook and other channels? STANDALONE MICROSITE ONLY Domain Setup Launch your site as a sub-domain on strutta.com on the TurnKey Package. Direct it to a custom domain or sub-domain that you own on our Designer or Enterprise package. If you are running a Microsite you can allow users to access the site through a promotional tab on your Facebook page or through the direct URL. SWEEPSTAKES BUILDER GUIDE
  16. 16. 16 Integration > IFrame How should your promotion integrate with Facebook and other channels? WEBSITE EMBED ONLY IFrame Integration Enter the URL where your IFrame will be embedded. Then when you’re ready, copy the IFrame script to embed on your preview or live site.   17. 17. 17 Integration > Facebook How should your promotion integrate with Facebook and other channels? Integration > Facebook Page Select your Facebook Page to link with your promotion. Integration > Facebook App Before interacting with an App users must authorize permissions to enable the App. Run your promotion on our default PromosApp, this is recommended as it requires no additional setup. Integration > Facebook Tab Advertise your promotion on your Facebook Page through a customized tab. Make your promotion a fan-only zone. Upload images for your fan-gate or enter fully custom HTML! When you launch you’ll need to install the Tab onto your Facebook Page. Here’s how. Facebook Like Box We recommend adding a Facebook Like box to your site so participants can easily navigate to your Facebook.   19. 19. 19 Integration > Analytics All activity on your promotion site is tracked and will be available in your Admin Dashboard (gain access upon launch). All Strutta promotions social analytics including stats on sharing across Facebook, Twitter and email, click-throughs and campaign virality.   22. 22. 22 Enterprise > Whitelabel Remove references and instances of Strutta branding in our contest and sweepstakes products so you can deliver a more customized user experience. By default, all system generated emails for your contest or sweepstakes will be sent from noreply@strutta.com. The sender name will be your promotion's title. Users will not be able to reply to this email address directly. You can customize this email address on our Enterprise package. Learn more.
  23. 23. 23 Enabling multi-lingual will display two language options at the top right of your promotion site which the user can toggle between. Contact us to enable multi-lingual translations. Enterprise > Multi-Lingual
  24. 24. 24 Extended Hosting We’ll keep your site live indefinitely. If you want to take your site offline go to your Dashboard > Tools > Take Offline. You will no longer have access to your Dashboard once you take the site offline so make sure you export all of the data first! Tip You can continue to make edits to your promotion’s details and design even after you’ve launched it! You just cannot change the site type and the end date when it’s live.
