Reading Points<br />Oysters = nature’s Viagaratm<br />Malpeque Disease wiped out 90 percent of all oysters in PEI in 1915 and it took as late as 1980 for oyster populations to grow back to half of when they were before the disease<br />Oysters can be eaten like wines can be drunk, the species of the oyster is the grape variety, their region geographically and how that region is affected by climate, and also by the waters that they are in like the soils of the vines the grapes grow in<br />They grow and spawn better when placed near similar sized oysters<br />Starfish eat baby oysters, I did not know this <br />
