  • A poor working environment is as you know a threat to the individual safety and health. But it also affects absenteeism. But it also has an impact on the number of people who takes early retirement voluntarily And thus a threat to the possibility to be productive in a long work life. In Denmark 1/3 of all absence of work that is due to sickness relates to OSH. In particular musculo-skeletal disorders (MSD) and the psychosocial working environment have the greatest impact.

  • Forklare hvordan vi baserer os på reguleringen, der yder en ramme for vores arbejde. Men det helt afgørende er den tilgang vi anvender i Danmark med bredt funderet strategisk grundlag, med klare mål for indsatsen. Fortælle om hvordan strategien bliver til – blandt andet i et samarbejde med parterne. Strategien handler om at sikre en fokuseret tilgang, så vi opnår bedst mulige resultater.
  • In march 2011 our former government agreed on a new OSH strategy to 2020. It includes ambitious goals. Denmarks strategy is a.o. to reach a goal that 20% fewer people will be exposed to MSD in 2020. The strategy is politically sanctioned. All relevant OSH partners are obligated – WEA, social partners, enterprises.

Guidance on: Exercise and movement – for example to include it in the workday The psychosocial field – policies for harrassment etc. Integrated in the health and safety work Involvement of the employees and leaders in front AFSLUTNING – opsummering af de vigtigste budskaber.
