As I lumber through My Einstein Job (http://myeinsteinjob.blogspot.ca/), I'm learning more about what it means to Lead an Open Life.

This presentation is dedicated to what I consider to be the principles of Leading an Open Life. It is a living document and I encourage people to challenge the views and offer their perspectives.

So, please, don't hesitate to offer your thoughts on my thoughts so we can make better thoughts :-)

  6. 6. The Principles for Leading an Open Life Don't blindside individuals. ...nobody likes being ambushed, and the expected response is sure to be unfavourable.
  7. 7. The Principles for Leading an Open Life Joking around in an Open World is very delicate. …and typically best left to comedians.
  8. 8. The Principles for Leading an Open Life More often than not, being Open is about taking the High Road. ...and more often than not, taking the High Road goes unrewarded. But, as C.S. Lewis once said: "Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching."
