Inside the body…
Imagine a water tower. People are constantly using
water, and its constantly filling itself up. Now… try
keeping it between 25% and 50% full all the time.
Sugar is constantly being
ingested, made, stored, moved around , and burned.
What does insulin do? (time to draw)
Tools (there are more than you think!)
Food (hardest tool to master)
Insulin (takes training, but easy)
Exercise (trial and error)
