Salary ProgressionScale As staff become proficientintheirposition,they willadvance throughathree-stepsalaryprogression scale. Newstaff orstaff newin positionswill begintheiremployatthe Startlevel onthe salary progressionscale. Onthe anniversaryof date of hire,staff withnosignificantperformanceconcerns,

Aftertwoyearsof employitisprojected that staff are competentlyfulfillingall dutiesandresponsibilitiesof the positionthushave achievedJob Rate onthe salaryprogressionscale.
