The Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a not for profit program for high-caliber entrepreneurs and innovators seeking to be Startup CEOs. It is a 60-hour highly focussed training program involving their own startups, and uses simulations, competitions, cases, presentations, and pitches over six months, ending with local and global demo days. The organization has grown from 7 entrepreneurs in Boston in 2006, to 2200 "Fellows" in total this year, including 400 women. The organization holds classes in 26 cities in 12 countries. The Fellows have started over 1000 companies that have raised more than $450M. Startup Leadership has a simple mission - in return for helping entrepreneurs, all we seek is a commitment from them to use their talent, money or resources to help those who cannot help themselves, during their lifetime.
