  • --- Talk about customers

HSBC historically built its own applications, or bought and customized them to the extent that actually keeping their technology current was incredibly expensive and difficult to do. To resolve these and other challenges, HSBC recently adopted cloud-based ERP and EPM solutions to manage its global back-office operations. Their ERP and EPM Cloud solutions not only accomplished their goal of increasing control and transparency around costs, but it also enabled the bank to respond quickly to changes in the regulatory environment.

KraftHeinz implemented a global cost-management initiative for the consumer goods company based on a zero-based budgeting approach. They also improved planning and budgeting system scalability to support company growth, including growth through mergers and acquisitions, while interfacing with back-end financial management systems. And they supported more effective decision making by enabling budget owners to access near real-time reports, rather than requiring them to wait for weekly updates that were dated and often inaccurate.

At Solairus, their ERP cloud solution is used to provide each jet owner with real-time visibility into the invoicing for every trip, and thus the finance team is providing more influence and has transformed the company’s go to market strategy by offering real-time financial access to jet owners as a competitive advantage. Their goal has been to use their Cloud ERP to increase transparency and efficiency throughout the business in order to focus on improved quality and customer care.
