Bachelor of Science with first class honours at the University of Queensland in 1980; is a Member of the Australian Institute of
Geoscientists (Member No. 1996) and thus holds the relevant qualifications and professional association membership required by
the ASX, JORC and VALMIN to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code. Mr Leggo is a part time consultant
of the company. Mr Leggo has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under
consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the
‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’. Mr Leggo consents to the

19. Aaron Maurer, Managing Director & CEO
Aaron was specifically targeted to lead PVW Resources with 20+ years of
experience in mine operations. Most recently Aaron held a senior executive role
within Mineral Resources and had the full responsibility for the flagship Mt Marion
Lithium operation and headed the re-start up of the Koolyanobbing Iron Ore project.

Colin McCavana, Chair
The Board of PVW is led by Chair Colin McCavana who has 35+ years experience in
the mining sector having led projects in Australia, Tanzania and the United States. Also
Chair of Reward Minerals and Northern Minerals, Colin oversaw the advancement of
Northern Minerals from explorer to producer.

20. Michael Griffiths, Non Executive Director
Michael Griffiths is a qualified geologist with more than 35 years of experience
covering all facets of the minerals and energy sector. A Fellow of AusIMM and a
graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Mike’s guidance has
discovered 3 gold projects totalling over 6,000,000 ounces with 2,000,000
ounces being mined currently.

Mark Scolaro, Non Executive Director
Mark Scolara has over 30 years’ experience as an Accountant in Public Practice. He
is the Principle of KFM Accounting. His experience includes Dispute Resolution at the
Appeals Tribunal as well as Public Company reporting, and secretarial duties. Mark
has also delivered seminars on behalf of AIM and the MTAA.
