The computer does not need to be the central element of the activity or provide learning content. However, the computer and the network must hold a significant involvement in the learning activity.

Dependent on the internet level: in this level mostly apply teaching and learning process through the internet, and traditional learning (face-to-face) occurs only when students have problems and need helps from teacher. 4. Fully online level: in this level replacing traditional learning (face-to-face) to the internet-based learning or distance learning, where putting the entire curriculum and its activities online.
