Context matters Under specific weather conditions(ex. snow), focus and simplicity are key. Never Settle Due to legal and commercial constraints, sometimes there is simply too much information that need user’s validation before the transaction can take place. That’s where Information architecture and UX are most needed. Confirmation Most designer neglect this step. I believe this is one of the most important steps in the funnel, in the journey.
