Both times Stacy answered the phone, was very polite andpleasant and answered all my questions and eased my concerns. It wasthe 31st [of December] and still she took her time to help me. Shechecked me in, she calmed me down, she brought me to a level that I wasable to enjoy the day. She even had someone show me to my roombecause it was already kind of late.
