  2. 2. Meditation is a state of being. It is a stage. In day to day life all of us know, that as a rule you have to finish, primary, secondary and college training before you take up the study or research of Ph D.
  3. 3. Similarly; for you inner growth and blossoming; and reaching the culmination of your growth and blossoming (which is like Ph. D.), you have to; as a rule; go through physical, psychomotor, instinctual, emotional, intellectual and spiritual study and practices; which lead you to holistic solutions in the field of health, education, agriculture, education, industry, environment etc, (which is like going through; school, college and university)

What we practice under the guise of “meditation” in absence of such solutions is harmful and a schizoid and unknowingly hypocritical activity of trying to convince ourselves and others that we are happy and peaceful when in fact we are NOT! I have seen people being in agony and miserable as a result of this! Meditation is an evolved state of being and inevitably happens, as you blossom; in the process of active efforts to implement holistic solutions to individual
