Lord, Prepare me

To be pure and holy.

We want our bodies to be a perfect dwelling place for our Almighty God.

Therefore we humbly ask Him to make us pure and holy (for we cannot of ourselves).

We want Him to lead us on from temptation.

To fill our hearts with His Spirit. 1 Cor. 6:19

Take our sins away.

Can he live in anything less?

 6. 6. Lord, Prepare me

To be tried and true.

We want our bodies to be a reliable dwelling place for our Lord.

So, we make supplication that the Lord test our faith that we may be found “tried and true” before Him.

 7. 7. With Thanksgiving

We are full of thanksgiving because:

He came to save us.

He knows our weaknesses.

He gives us strength with His own hand.

 8. 8. With Thanksgiving

Thus, each one of us – with thanksgiving - will be a living sanctuary.

With a heart of thanksgiving we’ll be living sacrifices. 9. 9. Conclusion

Is your life a sanctuary for the Lord?

If not, ask Him to purify your life so He dwells within and has fellowship with you.
