Selection process of Jan Lokpal Selection process for the members and Chairperson of Jan Lokpal and Jan Lokayukta has been kept transparent The process includes: (a) Formation of selection committee that includes PM,CAG,Leader of opposition,CEC,two youngest judges of SC & HC respectively. (b)Selection committee forms the search committee of strength 10 that includes 5 members from retired CAGs & CECs not involved in any corruption & other 5 from civil society.
