3. Blog Spot To talk about our development over the production of both the main task and ancillary we used the website www.blogspot.com We used this site to carry out analysis’s on other videos and looking at other CD covers and Posters to help influence our work

5. Skills Development Over the two years working on production in media, I have developed skills that have made our work look more professional. I have learnt how to frame a shot to industry standards and I have also developed my skills using a tripod to create a professional looking pan shot. The skills I have developed have helped us create media pieces that look well made and keep the audience interacting.

8. Adobe Premiere Adobe premiere is the video editing program we used to put our shots together creating our music video this also where we adapted the lighting, speed and style of the shots.
9. Skills Development After using adobe premiere for both my AS and A2 media production I can now confidently use the program to create a professional looking media piece. I can use the tools to create lighting effects on the video for example; fade to black. We used this tool alot in our video to show the change in setting and keep the pace of the story flowing. As well as thing I can effectively use the program to create cross cut and jump cuts.
10. Logic Logic is an all inclusive music production software. When writing and recording our track we used a programme called Logic. We recorded the 2 vocals separately and then laid them together on the track to create a professional outcome.
11. 12. Digital SlR To capture my images for my ancillary tasks I used a Canon digital SLR camera in the studio. For this shoot I used a manual setting to enable me to create bright, professional looking images. I used soft box lighting in the studio to gives Stacy’s skin an elegant glow and a white backdrop to make sure of no distractions.
13. Skills Development After using the Digital SLR and studio, I can now use the soft box and model lighting to create a harsh and soft lighting. These skills I have developed have enabled me to create vivid photographs which I then went onto edit for my ancillary tasks.
14. Photoshop After organising and running my shoot I analysed my photographs I produced, decided on my favourites and then began to edit them on the programme Photoshop C7 For each of my photographs I began with brightening the image and them increases the contrast to give the images a bold effect. The tool used most of Photoshop during the production of my ancillaries was the hue and saturation bar, this gave my images a cartoon, fun, pop image which I think really keep in theme with our song and video and would also able to our niche audience
15. Skills Development During the production of my ancillary I have learned how to use Photoshop to a significant level.
