  1. 1. Ingredients : 250 flour 75 butter 15 caster sugar 2 eggs 1 pinch of table salt 100 approximately of icing sugar 1 appropriate (clean) cooling oil
  2. 2. Flour ( farine ) Egg (œuf) Salt (sel) Butter ( beurre ) Icing sugar ( sucre glace) Sugar ( sucre)

  4. 24. Pour some caster sugar on the « Merveilles »
  5. 25. Enjoy !
  6. 26. Technique : In a bowl mix the flour, the butter, the caster sugar, the eggs and the pinch of table salt. Roll the dough in a ball. Keep 1 hour in cool temperature. Lower the dough on 2 mm approximately. Cut in bands (strips) , then in rectangles . Deep-fry in a bath of warm oil. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Alisson and Catia
