  14. 14. WE HAD SHARP FAST EDITS IN OUR SOAP OPERA TRAILER TOBUILD UP TENTION AND MAKE THE AUDIENCE WANT TO WATCH THE SOAP. THE TRANSITIONS USED ALSO HELPED CREATE MEANING THROUGH THE TRAILER.
  15. 15. WE CHOSE TO ADD TITLE CARDS INTO OUR TRAILER TO CLARIFY TO THE AUDIENCE WHAT WAS HAPPANING. THIS HAS BEEN DONE IN MANY OTHER SOAP OPERA TRAILERS SUCH AS
  16. 16. IN THE TRAILER THE AUDIENCE SEE MULTIPLE POINTS OF VIEW. THEY KNOW ABOUT THE AFFAIR YET KNOW THAT PARIS DOESNOT KNOW YET BY THE END SHE FINDS OUT BUILDING TENSION TO ENCOURAGE THE AUDIENCE TO WATCH THE SOAP OERA.TOGETHER CAUGHT OUT SECRET LOVER BEST FRIENDS
  17. 17. STEROTYPES ARE CREATED THROUGH THE TRAILER
  18. 18. WHEN CHOOSING A SOUND TRACK THERE WAS MANY PROBLEMS THE FIRST SOUND TRACK WAS MUSE - BED POOR QUAILTY DIDNT FIT THE EDITING (SOUND BEATS) DIDNT ADD ANY MEANING
  19. 19. AFTER NOT HAVING A SOUND TRACK AND TRYING SOMETHINGNEW EACH DAY WE FINALLY DECIDED ON SWEET DISPOSITION – THE TEMPER TRAP FITTED OUR TARGET AUDIENCE – YOUNG ADULTS STARTS SLOW AND BUILDS UP TENSION AS THE TRAILER RUNS THROUGH DRUMS AT THE END MATCH THE EDIT (SOUND BEATS) – TITLE CARDS AS THE SONG IS IN A D- MAJOR – MATCHES THE STORYLINES OF TRAILER (SAD)
