    7. 7. Cooperation framework Goal Setting Cooperation Tracking This is the very first step to start a Cooperation by Co.delivery. Co.delivery is not only about number of X, responsibles and timeline anymore, is about having a shared commitment to delivery more and better experiencies to our EPs, giving them preparation and logistical support that will also facilitate us the fulfillment of their expectation and by this way we will create more promoters and more results in a middle term. Fulfill the Cooperation Goal Setting with your Country Partner. Find the template in HERE Once we have the Goals, we are gonna need a tracking tool to assure that all our Goals are gonna be implemented in a right way. This document will have all the specific taks per country to acomplish the goals of the cooperation.     13. 13. NPS Culture Implementation • Objectives: - Learn how to manage NPS - Increase our Response Rate - Have a NPS Indicator wich we can trust. (by having a good Response Rate) - Know how to manage CEM in order to improve processes and product. Key Points: - The most important indicator for this peak, should be to elevate our response Rate so later on we can use the NPS as a true indicator. - The national responsible for NPS should be an operational VP and no other ones. Implementation Flow Find support information about CEM: HERE Improve our local processes and National Indicators to facilitate CEM Assure to elevate our Response Rate, by changing our processes of MA, RE and Complete. Tracking to Eps, and National KPIs for R&R to LCs Deliver why is important the implementation and how it will be. Show to the network the importance of implement CEM in our LCs, how the Quality Management will give us results in a middle term. This is the minimum of what should be delivered. -Have a follow up of the development of the trainee, based on the information provided on the first seminar. Coordinations proposed: Delivery Teams Logistics ContentLead Still have Matching Responsibles but there is no need of a TLP role.
