    1. 1. EVALUATION QUESTION 7Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you havelearnt in the progression from it to the full product?
    2. 2. From the start of my magazine productionjourney, I have been able to therefore enhanceand engage upon various skills new and old, such as my new outlook upon my Photoshopimprovements, as I can now professionallyengage towards the editing and production ofany task using this base to do this. Furthermorethere is an obvious difference/ improvementbetween my preliminary task and my final musicmagazine product.
    3. 3. When establishing how to start my prelimexercise/ magazine, I gained a valuablerecognition towards what a standard magazinelook like, therefore the simple conventions andthe simple layout. Furthermore from researchinto popular music magazines, such as ‘Billboard’or ‘Q magazine’, I gradually gained a professionalunderstanding into the accurate conventionswithin magazine. These changes in myunderstanding, on the other hand theimprovement from my preliminary task to mymusic magazine, show an outstanding positiveimprovement in knowledge towards themagazine production business.
    4. 4. Since I have produced my musicmagazine, I have learnt how to plan mywork efficiently, to therefore suit thetimetables of my models, and myself. Ihave also recognised how to planaccordingly out side of school timetable, and therefore make use of any spare timeto therefore take pictures or planpictures, for my magazine. Finally in myplanning I have learnt how to maintain adiary on blogger, and furthermore I havelearnt how to book rooms, to use forphotography and mis en scene aspectswith the account of props.
    5. 5. Within my preliminary task, I used a single gender formy magazine pictures, this being a male, furthermorethe same male on each photo. I also used the same useof a medium close up for each image, with a minimumamount of props; therefore since I have made mymusic magazine, I have learnt how to successfullyentertain the reader, therefore capturing a sense ofexcitement. To do this I learnt a variety of cameraangle, the rule of thirds and how to link the mis enscene correctly with the fore ground and backgroundof an image. You can clearly see a positive contrastingdifference between my prelim task and my musicmagazine, furthermore you can see the difference inattention to detail, image quality and the links betweenthe audience and the magazine genre.
