1) System shall record analog audio signal in the form of digital.
2) 8 bit / 16bit /32bit.
3) Every 5 minutes /10 minutes audio file shall be created in MP3 format.
4) 12 digit file name shall be created automatically.
5) Up to one minute buffer can be added to any recorded MP3 file automatically.
6) Five minute proceeding in one floppy disk (1.1MB).
7) Quality of sound shall be good and it can be played in any computer.

5. Description:
Digi-Record Pro is a compact, innovative, state-of-the-art digital
recorder that records digital audio stream on multiple channels
and simultaneously makes the same accessible at a later time.
They provide everything you need to record, store and manage
all conferences, lectures, musical events and presentations with
ease. Valuable data can be retrieved and analyzed long after
event or conversation has faded from memory. Digi-Record Pro
from Sonic International is available from stand-alone product to
multi terminal operations. It can be classified as PC Based Voice
Processing Application using state of art digital recording having
storage capacity upto 25 to 100 hours.
OS Platform:
Digi-Record Pro runs on Windows NT Workstation or Windows
2003 Pro computers, providing power and features usually found
in more expensive voice-recording systems.

6. Input Channel:
Digi-Record Pro can record the DIG - A and DIG - B of the Digital
Signal Processor. Digi-Record Pro supports input streams of 16 Bits
and 32 Bits using sampling frequency of 44 kHz.
Recording:
Digi-Record Pro records voice data in compressed format, with
compression rates of 2:1 in a special file format. With 44 kHz Digi-
Record Pro can store up to one hour of recordings in approximately
10 MB of data. Digi-Record Pro supports continuous recording or
splitting up recordings in chunks of approximately 10 mins, 20 mins -
configurable, Recording in file format can easily be carried out to
another PC on CD or any other medium of playback on any Windows
PC. Voice recording can be activated / deactivated by external
commands. Administrator can stamp text tags for easy identification
or recordings.
Digi-Record Pro allows up to 3 Folders definitions in separate disks
while recording gets full in one folder, it goes for next folder, on
completion of all folders either recordings have to overwrite the
existing ones or old recordings have to be removed after back up.

7. Search and Playback:
Digi-Record Pro has a number of features enabling quick retrieval
and replay of recording conversations. Search on various folders and
retrieval on the basis of time, date or text tags. Voice recordings are
accessible form Digi-Record Pro computer or from a remote PC using
Digi-Record Pro Client Software.

•PC AT PIV with CD Writer, 128 MB RAM, HDD with Windows NT/
Windows 2003.
