•8 Core Processor (2.3 Ghz for each core)

Static IP & Domain

•Purchase Static IP from ISP (Internet Service Provider)
•Assign static IP to server where Smart School ERP is to be installed
•If you wish to access ERP software from institute’s website; configure CNAME
record in DNS (domain name system) and assign it to static IP configured for
server
Note: Server Hardware, Operating System, Static IP purchase are not required if ERP software is to be installed on
cloud server provided by Softlogic. Our team will take care of cloud server configuration. For installations on institute’s
server, above server configurations need to be taken care by institute’s server admin

•Prepare a team of max. 5 employees in your institute
•Out of which 2 members will have role of main software administrators (select tech-
savvy IT staff for this role ) & other members will have role of module admins (e.g.: exam
Head / Library Head etc.)
•Give this team an authority, autonomy & fixed time frame to complete implementation.
• Make Heads of Department in institute; accountable for providing data to this team in
fixed time frame
Training &
Learning for
Team
•Initially, SoftLogic will conduct 2-days long training, covering each module in the
software
•After this, administrators will be provided a replica of ERP software for self learning,
testing & to play-around with features for 7 days
•Softlogic will conduct another 1-day long session to answer queries, concerns, doubts; if
any raised by the institute’s team

Employees &
Students
•After complete implementation and data entry into software; institute’s team will
conduct training sessions for employees & students
•This will help employees & students understand features & benefits for them by this
software

Data Gathering
•SoftLogic will provide pre-formatted csv files for different sets of data. Data shall
be entered by departments in the format specified in these files
•Heads of Department within institute shall be made accountable for providing
data to implementation team within specified time frame
•For speedy data gathering, it is recommended to setup rewards for early data
submission and penalties for late data submission; for the departments
Data Entry
•Once data gathering is completed, institute’s team will import data files into
software for respective modules
•Softlogic will provide technical & functional support till implementation is
completed
