SmarterMeasure Satisfaction SurveyA satisfaction survey was emailed to 166 peoplewho participated in the SmarterMeasureAssessment on the CALL website for the six monthperiod of April 9-October 8, 2012, detailed asfollows: • 116 (68.6%) had completed the SmarterMeasure assessment • 53 (31.4%) had started but did not complete the SmarterMeasure assessment Note: 3 previously opted out, so they did not receive the surveyOf the 166 recipients, 23 responses to the satisfactionsurvey were received (13.9% response rate).
